Moves §3 of
SPECIFICATION.md, the values, into the language and deletes it there, together with the stub §2 left behind when the sheet moved (ADR 0046). What §3 stated beyond the sorts, the sigils of a point and a line and that every value is exact, is now part of the paragraph on sorts under "Reads and writes" onBELOCH.md, which points at the names page for the sigils and at §6 of the specification for exactness until that section moves.
