Selfhost CI selected paid Blacksmith runners. This sync brings main's runner migration (#1408) into selfhost: standard GitHub-hosted ubuntu-24.04, ubuntu-24.04-arm, and macos-15, with actions/checkout@v6. Both workflows retain their test lists, failure lists, caches, heap limits, timeouts and concurrency. Canonical selfhost routing and the removed M1 lane remain intact.

Main merge 46aebbf1df3e9a11abceea07e94c80bef269efaf passed full required PR CI and full push CI (run 38062392015: 21 successful jobs, four expected skips). Its actual publish-bootstrap job 114243877639 succeeded and published artifact 11674047700; raw silk.mjs SHA256 is 31bfc582c9855c52526f2c27be51bd315cafa2fa710c5d413ac3965707e4c509.

Authored head 894a74a22d8fd6780d4d0948d9b6eb3d01e19652 retains parents 401233cf and 46aebbf1. Formatting, YAML parsing, exact runner/checkout substitution conservation and the bootstrap guard on this actual public commit pass. All 368 compiler/stdlib inputs (191 compiler + 177 stdlib) retain exact Git bytes/modes and regular filesystem files. No compiler/library/fixture changes, accepted-failure additions or quarantines are included.

N1 native build/smoke build/run returned 0/0/42, with no signals.

Canonical merge is f23a67c8780677f22f71971b5e6cebc45213c2ad, same authored tree and all 368 source inputs. Canonical push38064651418 completed: N0, restore and N1 succeeded on actual ubuntu-24.04 runners; four case lanes succeeded.
