CI currently sends Linux and macOS jobs to paid Blacksmith runners. Switch x86-64 Linux, ARM64 Linux and Apple Silicon jobs to standard GitHub-hosted
ubuntu-24.04,ubuntu-24.04-armandmacos-15, and replace Blacksmith checkout withactions/checkout@v6.Bring the existing canonical selfhost workflow onto main with the same runner substitutions so the migration follows the published-bootstrap/main-to-selfhost synchronization path. Its selfhost-only triggers, commands, caches, tests, existing failure lists, heap sizes, timeouts and concurrency are preserved exactly.
Validation: formatting, YAML parsing, diff checks and byte-level workflow substitution conservation passed. Full required CI on exact authored head
7ec4ab39ad7236297c24645188252808ab6a2dd1passed in run 38061487331: all 21 active jobs succeeded, including both macOS jobs and Linux ARM64 conformance; five expected optional/event-specific jobs were skipped.
