Stop writing ChatGPT widget_state from DevSpace cards now that the server-side card store and invocation-based restore are authoritative.
This avoids host-side 409 conflicts during card lifecycle transitions while preserving read compatibility with historical widget state.
Also bumps the card probe marker to card-race-v4 for production diagnosis.
