This PR refactors coordinate import refactor

Commit 1

Extend our unit test system to allow to have per-module unit tests, which allows us to have nice unit tests in the second commit!

Commit 2

Migrate coordinate system import from the untyped Physiological (removed relevant code) and PhysiologicalCoordSystem (added deprecation) files to new typed files, properly split into ORM queries, LORIS helpers, BIDS helpers, and BIDS import script.

I tried to stay close to the existing architecture, I am still not sure about if our database schema and the MEG integration are good, but both are out-of-scope for this PR.
