Operations Menu
Located in the upper-right is the menu from which all current, past and external operations/crew can be directly accessed. Clicking on any of the major sections (Active/Inactive Vessels, Crew Roster, External Networks) will drop down the contents within. Left-clicking a menu item with a drop-down indicator will give you access to additional sub-content. In the case of bodies, left-clicking the name will always take you to the body. If you only want to see what objects are in orbit around a body, right-clicking on it will open its contents without selecting it. You can also right-click to close the body's vessels but this will not work if one of them is currently selected. Same goes for any folders. If you need more room for easier navigation you can expand the menu to make it taller, which will hide the social feed until you choose to collapse the menu again.

Filters can be accessed with a link at the top of the Operations Menu and let you control the menu contents for active/inactive vessels and crew. The Active Vessels filters help to declutter the menu by showing or hiding various types of vessel from the menu depending on whether their type is selected or not. If there are no active vessels of a certain type, that option will be disabled. If enough vessel types are removed that none are visible under a certain body, that body will also be removed (except Kerbol, so you can always access bodies through the Orbital View). The Inactive Vessels and Crew Roster filters serve a different purpose and re-sort the entire menu section according to the option that is selected. If you are looking at the Full Roster while doing this for crew, that will be re-sorted as well upon selection of a new filter.

Every time you visit the Tracker it will access your last visit time in Local Storage and determine what, if any, vessels and/or crew have had new data posted since then. This will be indicated by numbers next to folders and bolded items within those folders. Clicking a bolded item will reduce the folder count and restore it to normal text.
This is handled separately for viewing the site at the current time and in Past History Display. When looking at past events, moving forward will generate badges but every time you go backwards that resets.
Badges for current events will also not remain until viewed. If you leave the site and immediately return, only new updates since that last visit will be badged, which is likely nothing in this case.
If you jump ahead several months or years or don't visit the site for that long, it may take several seconds for all the many items to be badged. As long as the spinners are still active the site is not frozen, and you can see the text in the menu informing you that badging is underway.
