Issue: only three platforms drove. dashcamOnly also consulted the EPS firmware, so a swapped steer-to-zero EPS decided admission instead of the platform table. The pre-2021 CX-9 was refused alpha-long even behind a swap: its radar publishes no tracks, so the platform claims no radar bus, and the availability formula read that as an unknown dialect. Fix: admission follows SUPPORTED_PLATFORMS alone, which now covers every gen1 platform; a platform new to the port stays a dashcam until it lands there. The pre-2021 CX-9 joins TRACKLESS_DIALECT_PLATFORMS: stock stays vision-only (no bus claim, no parser starvation) and the standard teardown replay serves alpha-long behind a swapped EPS. The dialect is assumed from the shared K123/K131 radar family; no stock capture confirms it yet. Validation: mazda tests updated; 545 passed.

Removes the steer-to-zero check from dashcamOnly and expands SUPPORTED_PLATFORMS to all listed gen 1 Mazdas.
