Default to Rust backend without Fiber scheduler - #27

When no backend is specified and the native Fiber scheduler is unavailable, load the Rust backend if installed instead of raising from the pure Ruby backend path. Keep explicit backend: :ruby behavior unchanged and cover the JRuby/TruffleRuby fallback path in omq-backend-rust tests.
