Add ThreatCluster feeds

Two feeds under a new News category (happy to move them wherever fits better). Main feed is deduplicated threat clusters from 17,000+ sources, one entry per story instead of one per outlet. Second is ransomware leak site victims. Both stable, refreshed continuously.

Thanks for contributing these feeds! ThreatCluster looks great — it's good to see deduplicated threat intelligence from 17,000+ sources.

One small suggestion: the feeds might fit better under Synthesis rather than the new News category, since they contain threat intelligence and ransomware-specific feeds. Looking at the existing structure, Synthesis already has 400+ threat intelligence and security alert feeds (CERT notifications, threat reports, dark web monitoring, etc.), which aligns well with what ThreatCluster provides.

Would you be open to moving the feeds there?

Good call, Synthesis is the better fit. Moved both entries there and dropped the News category.
