Bump version to 2.62 (versionCode 44)

Bump the version to 2.62 (versionCode 44) for the Play release.

What is in 2.62, since 2.61:

• Fix Console tab crash after a screen size change #185: no crash when the Console tab opens after a screen size change.
• Fix service start crashes (streaming and USB) #190: no crash after Continue on the start streaming dialog (Crash: streaming service does not call startForeground in time #186), and none when Android refuses the USB service start (Crash: USB screen starts its service while the app counts as in the background #189).
• Keep the job and state through a recreate #192: a fold, rotation or resize keeps a running job, the connection and the selected file (A fold, rotation or resize stops a running job and resets the app state #187); the USB screen no longer keeps old state after the switch from Bluetooth (USB screen keeps stale state after the switch from Bluetooth #188).

After merge, the tag v2.62 on the merge commit starts the publish to the production track.
