After the frontend Dockerfile was removed, the README still documented Docker as the only way to run the stack.

Changes

  • README.md: Replaced the monolithic "Running with Docker" section with "Running the App", split into:
    • Frontend (Local) — Node.js 20+, cd frontend && npm install && npm run dev (port 5173)
    • Backend (Docker) — existing docker compose instructions, unchanged
