This PR adds explicit documentation for the in-session performance & reliability telemetry emitted by the Xendit Components Android SDK, so merchant integrators, their legal teams, and Google Play Data Safety reviewers have a clear, complete picture of what is collected. The change is strictly documentation — no runtime behaviour, API surface, or telemetry payloads were modified.
