There are some differences that are only script organizations, fix and add some information on the functions help files.
About the Imputation now it is possible to use the Beagle imputation if you do not have a Reference Population.
The last commit is about the runCrossVal function that was not summing the GEBV and GEDD to create GETGV, I believe that it should be a bug from the tibble or mutate, because it seems that the colnames only recognizes the GEDD as a column name after closing all the changes in the mutate, so for colnames to recognize GEDD as a column from the gebvs object
