mtab ignored in subdirectories

At least on Gentoo using git for etckeeper, the files /etc/conf.d/mtab, /etc/init.d/mtab, and /etc/runlevels/boot/mtab get ignored which seems unintentional.

man gitignore suggests that the ignore line be changed to /mtab rather than simply mtab
