This PR adds a minimal release flow for ivya. It roughly follows main vitest repo but simplified. pnpm release directly uses bumpp to bump version, push tag, which then triggers "Publish package" workflow.

Follow-up setup

  • Go to GitHub repo settings for vitest-dev/ivya, then Settings -> Environments, and create an environment named Release.
  • Go to npmjs.com, open the ivya package, then Settings -> Trusted publishing.
    • Add a trusted publisher with provider GitHub Actions.
    • Fill in owner vitest-dev, repository ivya, workflow filename publish.yml, and environment Release.
  • run pnpm release
