Lets eve/next load from node -e scripts by ignoring Node's "[eval]" global __filename. Stacked on the repro in #4647.

Why

vercel dev loads next.config.* in a child started with node --input-type=commonjs -e <loader>. Under -e, Node sets globalThis.__filename = "[eval]". package.ts is ESM, so typeof __filename === "string" reads that global, and createRequire("[eval]") throws ERR_INVALID_ARG_VALUE at module load. Next.js apps that import withEve in next.config.* cannot start under vercel dev. Piped stdin ("[stdin]") has the same shape.

Approach

createRequire only accepts an absolute path or file URL, and a real module-local __filename (CommonJS, or the bundle banner's fileURLToPath(import.meta.url)) is always absolute. So resolveCurrentModulePath() now trusts __filename only when isAbsolute(__filename). Otherwise it uses the existing stack-trace fallback, which is what plain ESM loads already use. Every path where __filename is a real module path behaves as before.

Validation

Red on the repro head (fix(eve): let eve/next load under node -e #4647, 8f291ced7): package.scenario.test.ts fails with ERR_INVALID_ARG_VALUE ... Received '[eval]'.
Green on this head after pnpm --filter eve build:
- vitest run --config vitest.scenario.config.ts src/internal/application/package.scenario.test.ts: 1 passed
- vitest run --config vitest.unit.config.ts src/internal/application/package.test.ts: 2 passed
- vitest run --config vitest.integration.config.ts src/internal/application/package.integration.test.ts: 7 passed
- pnpm --filter eve typecheck, oxfmt --check, oxlint on the touched files: clean
Manual checks against the built dist: node -e "import(.../public/next/index.js)" and node --input-type=commonjs -e "require(.../public/next/index.js)" both load withEve. Piping the import through stdin resolves resolvePackageRoot() to the eve package directory.

Relevant context

Not a recent regression: the __filename check has been in package.ts since #1, and eve@0.70.1 through eve@0.76.3 all fail the same way.

…e module package.ts is ESM, so its typeof __filename check can read a global. Under node -e, Node sets globalThis.__filename to "[eval]", which reached createRequire at module load and threw ERR_INVALID_ARG_VALUE.
