On a credential failure (no login, or an invalid/expired token), show a short "Sign in to continue: run `vercel login`" note instead of a red failure plus a raw 403 body dump. Soften the env-file prompt to a plain "Use .env.local for this dev server? Injected as env vars, never uploaded.", and demote the skipped-symlink notice from a warning to a dim line. Add the v0.1.0-beta.3 release artifacts.
