Remove "spec.id" to use "metedata.name" to prevent confusions

What problem are you facing?

We have spec.id field in XRs and we're patching some fields based on its value. Instead of using spec.id, we may use metadata.name as we usually do for MRs.

How could Upbound help solve your problem?

Composition can be updated for replacing spec.id fields with metadata.name.
