Draft performance report documenting why GSA does not currently reduce cold sync time on mainnet: GSA's serving ceiling (~5 MB/s per single connection on this box) is an order of magnitude above what cardano-node actually consumes during sync (~727 → 40 blocks/s across eras). Includes the rendered figures and the underlying bench-output CSVs (sweep-pipeline.csv, sweep-matrix-pipelined.csv) plus a small plotter for the per-era consumption-rate chart driven off the fixed era-bench.csv dataset.
