Builds on #72. Adds a local harness for benching GSA end-to-end against
cardano-node.run-local.shboots a local MinIO from a snapshot, starts GSA against it, and starts a freshcardano-nodeagainst GSA.sync-bench.shwraps it, captures per-block apply timing live from the node's trace stream, walks the resulting ImmutableDB to extract per-block features (tools/block-features.hs), and joins the two into a per-rundataset.csv(apply timing + content features + era + cumulative UTxO delta).This dataset is intended to be used to determine whether cardano sync time can be explained mostly by characteristics of the chain itself (and not limited by GSA's throughput).
