Fix TableView horizontal scrolling for wide content

• TableView now exposes horizontal overflow for wide content instead of collapsing columns to the viewport and leaving the scrollbar ineffective.

• Adjust TableView content sizing so column widths are driven by actual cell/header content, allowing wide columns to produce horizontal overflow and surface the scrollbar.
• Add regression coverage for wide-content columns and the resulting horizontal-scroll behavior.

Resolved in commit 9237018 by retaining the new TableView wide-content regression test as the validation path and marking it as an AI-generated test. I re-ran the TableView-focused unit suite locally and it passed (129/129). The GitHub Actions run for this branch is currently showing action_required with no jobs started, so there isn’t a completed CI signal from GitHub yet.
