Require an exact WebSocket path match, including correct handling of header-copy failures, and free the URL argument array on disconnect.
Adds backend regression tests for path rejection, normal initialization, and repeated URL-argument connections. Release build and all 3 tests pass on macOS; no frontend build.
Empty-message handling is already covered by #1574 and is excluded here.
