4. Sign and broadcast the transaction.

**Notice:**: When a block contains transactions that modify account permissions, the block producer performs additional processing during block production to ensure that such transactions take effect starting from the next block.

The term 'additional processing' might be a bit ambiguous for some developers. It could potentially be misread to mean that transactions using the old permissions are still allowed later in the same block.

Would it be possible to clarify that the account is actually restricted from further transactions for the remainder of that block? This would make the system's behavior much clearer.
