The request only requires at most a few submissions per day, but I think there is no reason to give less than 64 qpd so there's some room for emergency bursts. With 4k logs @ 64 qpd, it's around 30% of the list's qps capacity which seems reasonable. (I'd +1 other low frequency logs with higher qpd's too, it's exactly what this list is for.)

FWIW I have no prior relations to this request, and have not verified the domain name other than visiting the website. But as discussed before the potential harm of a stolen origin is very limited.
