- pScheduler: If the var value in a SEQUENCE can be parsed as a "%lf" via sscanf, publish it as a double var instead of a string.
- Misc: Fix compiling in Windows. It has been tested to also build in Linux 64bit and Windows 32 & 64 bits.
The SEQUENCE parser now detects "double" values and publish variables as double in those cases, not always as strings.
