Remove five stale copy-paste artifacts: FormFieldCopy.js, FormFieldsCopy.js, and the 'FormApi copy', 'Intro copy', and 'InputExamples copy' vitedocs page directories. They are older versions of their namesakes and nothing references them: the docs routes import pages explicitly, and src/index.js never imports the Copy files, so they are already excluded from the published bundle.
