I'm using GrapheneOS and have set the scale level to something larger than 1 system-wide. Most apps upscale automatically based on this system setting, but Inugram (and Telegram) don't. I wonder if it's possible to add this as a feature, either by supporting the system-wide setting or adding one with the same functionality to Inugram's settings.
