fix(overlay): drop empty lines after block scalars via ApiDOM 6.1.2 - #200

Upgrade @speclynx/apidom-* to 6.1.2, whose YAML serializer no longer writes the empty lines that follow a clip or strip block scalar in an overlay into the target. Also upgrade @speclynx/api-languageservice to 3.0.0. Refs speclynx/apidom#681 Closes #199

@speclynx/apidom-*to 6.1.2. Its YAML serializer no longer writes the empty lines that follow a clip or strip block scalar in an overlay into the target (speclynx/apidom#681). Values were always correct; only the written text had extra blank lines. Keep (|+) blocks keep their trailing empty lines, as those are part of the value.Also upgrade
@speclynx/api-languageserviceto 3.0.0. Its breaking change (validation providers no longer take a schema) needs no changes here, since the CLI constructs every provider without arguments.package-lock.jsonis regenerated from scratch. An incremental install left apidom 6.1.0 (via api-languageservice) hoisted next to nested 6.1.2 copies, so element type checks failed across copies.Adds regression tests for clip, strip and keep blocks followed by empty lines and a comment between actions, with LF and CRLF line breaks. The reporter's attached files now apply with no extra blank lines.
