Merge published main48a6670 into selfhost, retaining canonical main and selfhost parents. Prefix replay observes current locals and retains precise typed compile failures. The follow-up guard rejects changing deferred static selections (SEM0176), which previously returned44 for a program requiring42.
Main #1388 exact CI38028580946 and #1394 CI38028471788 passed; latest main publish-bootstrap38030220621 passed. Provenance guard passes. Updated exact-head N0 is required before merge.
Known corpus fronts: executionRefOf double-borrow cases (native-socket-connections, scheduler-fiber-semantics, scheduler-fiber-shutdown, scheduler-fiber-nested-cancellation, scheduler-fiber-timers, independent-execution-separation-first-activation, independent-execution-latched-resume), owner main #1397; http-redirect and buffered-byte-io, owner Group A #1378; foreign-direct-forbidden-unwind returns0, owner #1386 whose fixed exact seed traps all3 routes; native Clang linker environment, owner #1390. Actual completed failures will be reconciled against this new head before merge.
