feat(registry): add @blode

[mblode]

Adds @blode to the registry directory.

Replaces #10340, which I opened in April and closed myself in July. That one can't be reopened because I'd since deleted the fork it came from, so this is the same submission with the two things it got wrong fixed:

• the namespace is @blode, not @blode-ui (the previous title didn't match the registry's actual name)
• the homepage is https://blode.co/ui, not https://ui.blode.co, which is a vanity subdomain that now 301s to the canonical path
