I am a research economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. My research studies how transportation networks, trade, and the spatial distribution of economic activity shape regional and aggregate economic outcomes.
- Spatial, urban, and transportation economics
- International trade, shipping, and supply chains
- Infrastructure, congestion, and economic resilience
I build quantitative economic models and combine them with detailed geospatial, transportation, and trade data. My current projects examine multimodal freight networks, container ports, supply-chain disruptions, tariffs and consumer prices, and urban welfare.
