UI Changes #41 and #48

fixes issue #41 and issue #48
Simplified some CSS:

1. icon class added - simplified css
2. border on profile page - extension listing

@amitg87 this breaks the UI a little in a few specific places (installed apps, profiles configuration) but I'll refactor the code a bit and eventually include the changes in a future release.

Main point though would be making the "homepage" icon an optional configuration, disabled by default. Most users won't need to ever visit the Chrome Web Store page for an extension again.
