fix: sync liana, CellRank, PyDESeq2 and squidpy accents from the website - #83

Regenerated with scripts/sync_upstream.py after scverse/scverse.github.io#380 and #381 added liana's crimson and turquoise, CellRank's navy and blue, PyDESeq2's greens, and squidpy's logo yellow as its second colour. Only _accents.json changed.

scripts/sync_upstream.pyafter scverse/scverse.github.io#380 and #381, so liana, CellRank and PyDESeq2 get their logo colours from the registry and squidpy gets its logo yellow as a second colour.
