- Changed: LIMIT and OFFSET values are bound parameters (LIMIT $n).
- Removed: HAVING(String), in favor of HAVING(COUNT(*) > n) or HAVING(SQLExpr(…)).
- Removed: INSERT(…, VALUES: …).VALUES(String...), which produced invalid, unescaped SQL.
- Added: @ColumnName, typed and parameterized HAVING.
- Fixed: the missing space in ON_CONFLICT(ON_CONSTRAINT:) after .VALUES(…), and the debug print in INSERT(…addValuesFrom:).
