When reference another type without relation, it should give informative error message

```
type A {
  id: ID
}

type B {
  a: A 
}
```

Currently, it say:  `Unhandled rejection Error: Only pending deferreds can be rejected, this deferred is already rejected.`

Should say: `relation is missing ....`
