Switching to POST requests fixes calls to the
heightservice (viavl_elevation) that sometimes generated URIs that were too long for the demo server.This may also help with the 429/504 errors returned by the demo server when calling the
sources_to_targetsservice (viavl_matrix), but I am still encountering this error in my tests sometimes...I have also modified the README to reduce the size of the matrix requested in the example so that it always works...
