It's current/latest one for Microsoft Edge Enterprise Edition and is available for Windows 64-bit, Windows 32-bit and Windows ARM64.

You can create you own custom UA string by left clicking the extension tool and enter the string below into the custom User-Agent field.
You can modify the version number as you like.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/147.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/147.0.0.0

If using Custom-Mode, you can use something like this to make Edge for all sites, except the custom_chrome.com to have a Chrome UA.
