Bumps the build-stage base image from
v1.26.5b2(Go 1.26.5) tov1.26.7b2(Go 1.26.7) to pick up the latest Go patch release.Verified by pulling
rancher/hardened-build-base:v1.26.7b2and runninggo versioninside the image:go version go1.26.7 linux/amd64.go.modremains atgo 1.26.5(min-version directive, no change needed).
