This makes use of the available I2C API 5.0.0 and copies the exiting UI on the ZuluSCSI as closely as possible with the limited data. It includes Splash, Info, Browse, Settings, About, and Screen Saver screens. It also sorts the filenames list alphabetically for the browse window.
This is a new interface for the ZuluIDE control board. It shares its roots with the ZuluSCSI control board UI. Hopefully the UI is a bit more straight forward. Using the Rotary button, image can be browsed and loaded without need to access the other buttons. The Eject button will eject the image when pressed twice. And the user button will bring up a menu when in either the Main screen or the Browse screen.
When either upgrading firmware via I2C or the WebUI a progress bar will be displayed. For the WebUI it will go from 0-100%. The I2C upload doesn't know the full size of the image. It will go 0-100% if the uf2 contains a single payload. If the UF2 is universal it would go to 0-100% then 50-100% because it contains images for both the RP2040 and the RP2350.
The ZuluIDE and ZuluSCSI interfaces are now more alike. Added WiFi to the settings menu for both devices for the WebUI. - Displays IP, MAC and connection status on one page. - On the second, display gateway and netmask along with the ability to manually reconnect the WiFi.. Made the long press of the rotary dial reset the screen if it GSRAM gets garbled. Cleaned up the WebUI's footer
- Add buffer and number of images usage in both Control board and WebUI. - Add WiFi connection data and the ability to reconnect to WiFi in the Control board UI settings screen. - Fix ZuluIDE endpoint polling to limit the time filenames and usage JSON endpoints are queried.

This uses the limited data from the I2C API version 5.0.0 to make similar interfaces from Control Boards directly connected to the ZuluSCSI and ZuluIDE boards.
With the Control Boards now directly connected to the ZuluControl-firmware device, image browsing will no longer affect the ZuluSCSI or ZuluIDE
main loops by avoiding the Controller boards I2C bus's OLED, IO expander's rotary control and buttons. This is because the whole image list is cached on the ZuluControl-firmware.
The ZuluControl-firmware's controller board interface also includes the WebUI's WiFi settings and will display a progress bar when the firmware is being updated over WiFi or I2C.
