The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch it to an alternative endpoint that uses a different data source and requires no API token, restoring the chart.

The star history chart in our README is currently broken, which impacts the project's presentation. This change replaces the failing chart with an alternative that works without an API token, so the chart renders again for all visitors.
