Stack from ghstack (oldest at bottom):

Export-delegation + fp64 golden tests for the binary (div, sub) ops.

Key changes:

  • test/ops/{test_div,test_sub}.py — fp64 goldens (incl. broadcast) + delegation checks — fp64 library-reference goldens + delegation checks (≥2 cases/op).
