Implement PEP 747: TypeForm #145033

Description

@JelleZijlstra

Feature or enhancement

Proposal:

PEP-747 was just accepted. Let's implement it.

The runtime implementation should be simple and can likely be copied over from typing-extensions. In addition, we'll need docs in typing.rst and an entry in What's New in Python 3.15.

    Fantastic! I should have some time within the next week to take this.

    IIRC Jelle already did most of the work by implementing TypeForm inside typing_extensions.

    Heh. Nevermind. I see Jelle beat me to the punch already :)

    #145034 is merged, and python/peps#4860 will mark it as Accepted.

    Anything more to do here, or shall we close the issue?
