trio_asyncioas another mode of thetrio_runini file option allows us to run tests with anasyncioloop implicitly available to all async tests. This way one doesn't need to explicitly calltrio_asyncio.open_loop()from tests or from a fixture (#71).This PR is inspired by
qtriosupport (#105).
