What does this PR do?

Add an optional, experimental builtin plugin that sends configured questions and selected traffic content to a decision model through the System One HTTP API. It publishes typed evaluation results in a dedicated namespace. PPE policy uses those results to deny, restrict routing, request approval, or set headers. The embedding application applies the policy outcome.

The current proposal focus on the idea, how a design would work, how a configuration looks like and defining what would be the deliverables

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Added a proposal for an optional, experimental decision-model integration, including how selected request or response content and configured questions would be evaluated.
    • The proposal outlines typed results, policy handling for uncertainty and errors, configuration and input limits, and safeguards for deadlines, cancellation, sensitive data, and secrets.
    • It also describes validation and a staged rollout, while noting that numeric enforcement, retries, caching, streaming, and multimodal support are deferred.

Name the decision-model feature and its crate forwarding.

The criterion says the feature is flagged in policy and praxis, but it does not name the Cargo feature. It also does not state how that feature reaches the crates between the server and the filter. The existing policy-engine feature is forwarded through the server, filter, and protocol crates. An implementation that follows this criterion can omit a boundary. The flag would then stay inactive in a server build.

The validation section requires at least one hosted and one local live check, while the graduation criterion says live checks are optional. State that checks are optional for individual backends but mandatory overall, or use matching wording in both sections.

Define the host-facing body-delivery contract.

current_http_request promises bounded body content, but the proposal only names illustrative selectors and says that hosts must deliver content. Define the host API and sequencing that provide transformed request and response content to model.evaluate. The contract must ensure request evaluation completes before dispatch and response evaluation completes before release. It must also account for Praxis branch subchains, which do not execute body hooks.

Implement shared prerequisites and the optional source, then consumers and

Define artifacts for the missing primary stories.

This PR adds only the proposal, so it does not provide policy or Praxis artifacts for prompt-injection/tool restriction or PII/response withholding. The proposal gives detailed examples for WAF inspection and semantic routing, but its deliverables do not identify the corresponding examples, regression coverage, Praxis configuration, integration tests, or README updates for the other two stories.
