Handle macOS Tahoe's change to IOUSBHostPipe::initWithDescriptorsAndOwners by trying the Tahoe symbol first and falling back to the legacy (Monterey–Sequoia) symbol if unresolved. Update newInitPipe to take a void const* for the 2nd parameter and pass it through unchanged so a single hook works across ABI variants. Add logging for which symbol was routed, improve comments explaining the change, and perform minor cleanups (whitespace, remove unused variables/commented code, tweak HCI/reset comment and randomAddressHci formatting). Also update the header to reflect the new initPipe signature and remove the unused _interruptPipeAsyncOwner declaration.
