Convert array membership checks (.includes) to Set lookups (.has) in find-files.ts and get-multi-plugin-result.ts. This improves the algorithmic complexity from O(N*M) to O(N+M) for matching staged target/scanned files and subdirectories. Optimized find-files recursive walking and get-multi-plugin-result workspace filtering. By converting array lookups to Set.has() lookups, algorithmic complexity was reduced from O(N*M) to O(N+M), preventing performance bottlenecks in repositories with large numbers of projects or files. All tests pass successfully.
