Add: Rocket.Chat

Adds the Rocket.Chat logo to the library.

Files added (in static/library/):

• rocketchat-light.svg — symbol, brand red (#F5455C), for light mode
• rocketchat-dark.svg — symbol, white, for dark mode
• rocketchat-wordmark-light.svg — icon + wordmark, brand red, for light mode
• rocketchat-wordmark-dark.svg — icon + wordmark, white, for dark mode

Entry added to src/data/svgs.ts (see diff).

Notes:

• All SVGs preserve viewBox, are well under the 21 KB limit, and were optimized (redundant clipPath wrappers removed, fill hoisted to the root).
• I work at Rocket.Chat — submitting these on behalf of the brand, so license/usage is covered.
• Categories "Software" and "Communications" both already exist in src/types/categories.ts.
