Description
This pull request reworks fatal in clickhouse output plugin. Previously if at least one replica of clickhouse was unavailable the whole File.d failed with fatal, in this pr File.d fatals only all of the clickhouse replicas in clickhouse output plugin are unavailable.
Fixes #950
