• update the development oxlint dependency from 1.80.0 to 1.82.0
• refresh the Bun lockfile, including platform-specific Oxlint bindings

The remaining available updates are major-version upgrades (@changesets/cli, oxfmt, and TypeScript) and were intentionally left out of this safe patch update.
