Shorten the secondary sidebar tab label from DeepSeek Harness to DeepSeek so it takes up less space alongside other AI extensions.

将右侧边栏顶部标签从 DeepSeek Harness 缩短为 DeepSeek，减少与其他 AI 扩展并排时占用的空间。

Only the view container title in package.json changes. The extension display name (DSH Sidebar), view IDs, command names, chat content, README files, and version remain unchanged.

仅修改 package.json 中的视图容器标题；扩展名称、视图 ID、命令名称、聊天内容、README 和版本号均保持不变。

Validation / 验证：

• pnpm typecheck
• Manifest comparison confirms only the intended title changed / 对比确认仅目标标题发生变化
• git diff --check

Update instructions to use the renamed sidebar label

After this title becomes DeepSeek, the setup instructions still tell users to select DeepSeek Harness in README.md:68, README.marketplace.md:38, README.zh.md:68, and README.ja.md:68. In a fresh installation, the sidebar now exposes only the new label, so users following either the repository or Marketplace quick start are directed to a UI label that no longer exists; update those instructions alongside the manifest rename.
